Don’t just run with us, join us as an affiliated member. The England Athletics affiliation year runs from April 1st – March 31st and you can join us for just £25 a year, that’s just 48p a week…………..name another sport as cheap as that !!
Fully Affiliated fees will remain at £25 for the 2020/21 athletics season and Social Membership fees will remain at £10.
An automatically generated email will be sent from 1st March to all current members to remind them to renew their membership, this will reflect the prices detailed above.

Over the last 48 hours the government guidance has changed in relation to being able to meet in groups of up to 6 outside your home. Following on from this England Athletics have also released guidance which you can find on the link below. This explains that clubs can start to meet in groups of up to 6 to train observing social distancing and hygiene measures.
We have discussed this as a committee and concluded that as we cannot fulfill both these guidelines and our inclusive ethos of everyone is welcome at our runs, we will continue with no club runs until further guidance is released. This includes any runs from our normal meet points on our normal nights.
We are aware that some people will want to meet in groups of up to 6 to run but we ask that these are not arranged in our sub groups as it could invalidate our EA insurance and cause confusion amongst runners. Of course we ask that you are also following:
✅ Keeping social distancing of 2 meters between each runner
✅ Regularly washing and sanitising hands
✅ Keeping within your limits and consider health and safety implications of your run for example if first aid is required out on a trail.
✅ That you are still following our inclusive ethos of not leaving anyone behind.
✅ Not meeting in groups of more than 6
✅ Not hanging around before or after running and make your way home swiftly (make it a chatty run on the way round instead)
